project manager + weaver for Never Forever
For the past five years, five other hand weavers and I have been executing the vision of Mel Chin. Never Forever is a large scale sculptural installation which involves the crafting ninety eight tapestries inspired by extinct species of birds.
2019 - 2021
SkillSet at Steam Studio
I helped found a skill building program for kids in Steam Studio at UNC Asheville, aimed at bridging the gender gap in STEAM fields.
I was lead instructor for after school programing and built many curriculums still used today. I also spearheaded the fundraising to take our programming mobile, which allowed us to further our reach into the community.

residencies + craft education
In addition to completing a bachelor's degree in sculpture from UNC Asheville, I have furthered my experience through artist residencies at Steam Studio and AZ-West, as well as summer sessions at Haystack, Penland and Arrowmont.
